What is FORM3D?
FORM3D is an integrated product design, development, prototyping and production company specializing in customization as well as 3D printing.
Who designs these products?
All products are designed by our in-house designers from scratch.
What is 3D printing?
3D Printing is a prototyping process that makes it possible to create an actual object from a 3D file. The object is formed by applying successive layers of solid material.
How are these products made?
We use 2 FDM and one DLP technology 3D printers to create most of our products, in combination with post process like painting, polishing etc.
What are the materials used to print 3D objects?
Many different plastics can be used for 3D printing, such as ABS, PLA, Nylon, PVA, HIPS and Resin.
What file formats are supported?
You can upload your designs as .jpeg, .png or just provide a link to any website with the picture of design.
Alternately, you can mail your file to firstname.lastname@example.org with details.
How do I place my order?
To place your order follow these steps:
- To shop with us, you can either log into your FORM3D account or simply continue as a guest user.
- Browse through the products until you find something you like, choose the colour, customize the product by adding text and click on the add to cart button.
- In my cart, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
- Once your order is finalized, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, make the payment and confirm your order.
- After you make the payment, we will process the order and send you the final render of what your order will look like. Once you approve of this render, we will put it in for 3D printing and finishing, and will have it shipped to you at the earliest.
What is the delivery time for FORM3D Products?
The standard delivery time is 7-10 business days. It generally depends on the complexity, material, and finishing of your order.We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
Which courier service do you use?
We use Speed Post as our courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
How will I receive my order?
We will ship your order to your mentioned shipping address. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.Please note that the damage during shipment is not our responsibility.
What is customization?
It means to make or alter as per individual or personal specification. All products available with us can be customized. It is a very simple process. You can fill up the form with details like text, color, and design etc to personalize any products.
How do I cancel my order?
We will send you the final render of your order will look like. If it doesn’t meet your requirements, you can cancel your order by replying via email. In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, you can inform us at this time. Please note that the final physical piece will not look identical to the render due to differences in lighting, angles, colour shades etc.
Can I return/ exchange personalized products?
Unfortunately, we can’t entertain any such request of returns/refunds. Please understand it is only fair of us to not offer these services as these have already been tailored as per your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
FORM3D offers you following payment methods: Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, Cash Cards, and Wallet. Please note we don’t have Cash on Delivery Option.
What is the delivery time period?
Orders within India are generally delivered within 7-10 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.
What are the terms and condition for refund?
All products are fully refundable until we receive your confirmation of the render of your order we send to you via email. After confirmation, products are non-refundable. For any other requests or queries regarding this, kindly write to us at email@example.com
How long does the refund procedure take?
The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your email.
Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?
If you register with us, you are automatically subscribed to our newsletter. If you don’t wish to receive our newsletter, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
Just click on ‘Lost Password’ option and we will send it to you on your email address registered with us.
